Terms of Use

Welcome to Moment. By using our app or this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use Moment.

The app

Moment is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with it, or try to break it.

Subscriptions (Moment Plus)

Moment Plus is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. It renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases through the App Store are also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) and Apple Media Services Terms.

The website

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content here belongs to Brian Bragg unless noted otherwise.

“As is”

Moment is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to make it calm and reliable, but we can’t promise it will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brian Bragg is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Moment.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here with a new date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
