Moment is made by a small team. If something isn’t working, or you just have a question, write to us — we’d genuinely like to hear from you.
To help us help you faster, it’s lovely (but not required) if you mention your device and iOS version.
A few quick answers
- Moment isn't placing anything.
- It needs calendar access to find openings — check that it's allowed in Settings, and that you've chosen a calendar for it to write to. Moment will tell you on the Today screen if something's missing.
- My Moment moved.
- That's on purpose — when your calendar changes, Moment finds the next good opening and explains why on Today. Nothing was lost.
- I skipped one and feel behind.
- You're not. Moment keeps no streaks and no score. It'll simply look again next time.
