Privacy Policy
Moment is built to keep your information on your device. The short version: we don’t collect or sell your personal data, and we don’t run servers that store your plans.
The app
- Planning happens on your device. Moment reads your calendar locally to find, place, and move openings. That calendar data is used on your device and is not sent to us.
- Sync uses your own iCloud. If you’re signed into iCloud, your Moments sync through your personal iCloud account (Apple’s CloudKit). We can’t see that content.
- No accounts with us. Moment doesn’t require an account on our servers, because we don’t keep your personal content on any.
- No ads, no third-party trackers, no data sold — in the app.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions (Moment Plus) are processed by Apple. We don’t receive or store your payment details; Apple provides us limited, mostly aggregate information about purchases.
This website
- Contact: if you email us or use the contact details below, we receive what you send (such as your name, email, and message) so we can reply.
- Analytics: we don’t use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
- Hosting: this site is hosted by Vercel, whose systems may log standard request information (like IP address) for security and operation.
Children
Moment is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us at hello@foundamoment.app to ask what we hold, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with an updated date.

This policy is written in plain English and reflects how Moment works today. It isn’t legal advice; if Moment’s data practices change (for example, if a merch store launches), this page should be updated.
